Snoopy and Woodstock

How does birthday and Snoopy comes together? I don't know why but I'm sure Peng do love Snoopy, just like me :) Chocolate chips cupcakes with vanilla buttercream (which goes well with almost any flavored cupcakes, therefore it's my favorite) and Snoopy decorated fondant and gum paste for Peng's birthday.
